About Belinha Starr
Self-taught photographer and digital artist with over 22 years of experience, Isabel specializes in mixed media and digital painting using just a computer and mouse. Blind in one eye since age four from cancer, she turned to art as an escape from a difficult home life and depression. Her haunting, surreal dreams became her creative language, and she believes imagination should never be fully understood.
In her twenties she moved from sketchbooks to digital design and fine art prints. Never following trends or other artists, she draws inspiration solely from life and her own inner world. In 2023, she launched her laser engraving business, creating meaningful, high-quality custom pieces for both businesses and individuals by applying her graphic design artistry.
